1. No investment advice
Content in the Service is informational and analytical only. It does not constitute:
- an investment recommendation or a recommending communication under market-abuse rules,
- investment advice or individual advice,
- an offer, an invitation to transact, or an inducement to acquire or dispose of any asset,
- asset management, or financial, tax or legal advice.
The operator holds no licence for investment services or investment advice and makes no claim to hold one.
2. No personalisation
The system never asks about capital, financial situation, experience or objectives, and never takes them into account. Every subscriber on a plan receives identical content. There is no position-size calculator and no tool that fits a signal to an individual's circumstances — this is a deliberate limitation of scope.
To questions about an individual situation, the delivery bot returns a fixed refusal.
3. Risk
Trading cryptocurrencies carries the risk of losing your entire capital. Crypto-asset markets exhibit high volatility, liquidity risk, technology risk and regulatory risk. Leveraged instruments can produce losses exceeding the amount deposited.

4. Nature of the figures shown
4.1. Statistics are computed automatically from the public commitment ledger against public exchange data, assuming equal position sizes, and are expressed in percent.
4.2. They exclude trading fees, slippage, funding costs, taxes and real execution conditions.
4.3. They are never converted into any capital amount — such a conversion would constitute personalisation.
4.4. Simulator output and any value described as "hypothetical" depicts a model portfolio over historical data and does not reflect a user's actual trades.
5. No access to funds
The operator never receives or holds users' funds or assets, does not accept exchange API keys, runs no auto-trading and takes no performance fee.
6. The operator's own positions
If the operator takes positions matching published signals, this may occur only after the commitment has been published and is declared openly. The system contains no mechanism permitting an earlier entry.
7. Sources and methodology
A Verdiktum signal is a statistical product derived from market data — not a quotation and not a forwarded third-party message. The list of monitored sources, their ranking, weights and consensus thresholds are trade secrets and are not published. Raw source message content is never exposed in any user-facing part of the Service.
8. Market data
Price data comes from public exchange interfaces and data providers. The operator is not responsible for their availability, completeness or accuracy.
9. Limits of the proof
The commit–reveal mechanism proves that a signal's content was not changed after publication and that the numbering is continuous. It does not, and cannot, prove that future signals will be correct.
10. Audience
The Service is intended for adults (18+) only, and is not directed at persons for whom using it would be unlawful in their place of residence.
